Our food philosophy

The William St. Café always endeavors to provide our customers with fresh, healthy, real food. All of our salads, soups, sandwiches, and desserts are made on the premises. We avoid processed foods and artificial additives, and we do our best to source our ingredients from local and organic providers, using seasonal and sustainable produce whenever possible.

Besides our delicious food offerings, we have an extensive menu of coffees, teas, lattes, cappuccino, cocoa, sodas, and juices! Stop by the café for a complete list and prices.

Art at the Café

The café is pleased to offer space on our walls for local artists to display their work. If you are interested in this program, please contact Susan for more information.

Catering

Planning a meeting, party, or family gathering? We can provide space in the café for showers, birthdays, and other special events, or we can deliver to your home or business. Please ask to see a catering menu for a complete list of our catering options.

Coffee and Tea

The café sells coffee in bulk, whole bean or ground, by the pound or half pound. We only use the best Fair Trade and Organic coffees. Fair Trade is an international organization that promotes equal trading partnerships with small coffee farmers in developing countries.

Our loose teas are also available in bulk to take home. Our teas are provided by members of the Ethical Tea Association, which ensures fair and equal trading partnerships with growers.
